Is this compatible with your SSD?
This enclosure fits M.2 SSDs in the 2280 form factor (22 x 80mm) and supports both major M.2 protocols:
- NVMe (PCIe) - the faster, newer standard found in most modern SSDs
- NGFF (SATA) - the older M.2 SATA standard
Compatible with: Any M.2 2280 NVMe or SATA SSD, including drives from Samsung, WD, Seagate, Kingston, KingSpec, and others. Works with Windows, macOS, and Linux - no drivers needed.
Not compatible with: 2.5" SATA drives, mSATA drives, or M.2 drives in 2242 / 2260 form factors (shorter than 80mm).
Connects via USB 3.1 Type-C. A USB-C to USB-A cable is included for use with standard USB ports.
